The much expected film in the career of Navarasa Nayaka Jaggesh is stunningly narrated and gives food for thought for the developments on silver screen.

For no mistake the punishment meted out and fixing the crime happens in this film. Inspired from a film the film ‘8 MM’ takes a look at young Karthik (Vasishta) and Srinivasamurthy (Jaggesh) – the former has not done the crime while the latter is a scapegoat of his senior colleague crime.

How these two characters travel in the film? You have to watch 8 MM for this answer. The one who grows from ‘Baala Aparadhi Cell’ Karthik is afraid of police officer. He gets right tutelage and becomes a cop. In his duty bound activity, he loses his 8 MM pistol.

On the other hand Head Constable Srinivasamurthy is fixed in the naxal issue and his senior colleague (Shobaraj) plays double game. Srinivasamurthy is suspended. He is fed up of the system and with two of his friends indulge in a bank robbery of Rs.1 crore.

For such heinous crime Srinivasamurthy wants a pistol. He gets hold of lost pistol ‘8 MM’ of Karthik. Both Murthy and Karthik are suspended in the department.

The bullet that goes from this 8MM is responsible for seven murders. The police department is shocked with such a nasty crime happening. Seven are shot dead in which two are very innocent kids. What next? You go and watch this well made Kannada film.

The career best performance has come from Jaggesh and Vasishta. Both are too good in their roles. Mayoori looks very sweet on screen as journalist of a television channel.

There is pretty good performance from Rockline Venkatesh, Adhi Lokesh, Shobaraj and Killer Venkatesh. Two youths in the company of Jaggesh indulging in crime have given neat performance.

There is one melody and equally good background score from Judah Sandy, cinematography of Vincent has given right mood in the lighting for this film.

This is worth watching film.
